How the utility token works

Community participation via xPRSM

The xPRSM token will be the central utility token of the PRISM platform alongside the native rPRSM platform token.

Unlike rPRSM, which is distributed directly to the community through a fair launch, xPRSM will initially be obtainable as a reward for LP staking on the PRISM platform. This strategic distribution method ensures that rPRSM LP holders can start collecting additional rewards in xPRSM from day one, setting the stage for enhanced community engagement and long-term benefits.

1. Higher long-term rewards through 3 different xPRSM VIP levels To incentivize and reward long-term commitment, the PRISM platform will introduce three distinct VIP levels for xPRSM holders. These levels, defined in consultation with the community, will offer progressively higher rewards for staking different LP tokens. Importantly, these additional rewards are not limited to the rPRSM/IOTA pool tokens but will also be extended to other LP pairs. This tiered reward system is designed to encourage sustained participation and investment in the platform.

2. Right to participate in determining the future of the PRISM project (DAO share) Ownership of xPRSM tokens grants holders the right to participate in the governance of the PRISM platform. As part of our commitment to decentralization and community involvement, xPRSM holders will have a direct say in future votes and decisions regarding the platform's development. This will be facilitated through the planned PRISM DAO, ensuring that the community is actively involved as stakeholders in shaping the project's direction.

3. Participation in exclusive shareholder calls and events In addition to governance rights, xPRSM holders will also gain access to exclusive shareholder calls and events. These events are designed to keep the community informed and engaged, providing opportunities for direct interaction with the PRISM project team. Furthermore, we plan to reward our shareholders with special airdrops, prize draws, and other incentives, recognizing their valuable contribution to the platform's success.
